Hotel Kraft

It was a pitty that at first i got a very small room (127) while i booked a double room especially because i was staying a whole week in your hotel. When i comment on that there was no bigger room available and when i got very mad, suddenly everything was possible. That was a very bad start. I booked very early and for a long time, there must be some cosidaration.

Our room was directly under the roof bar and was too noisy. You moved us to a room totally unacceptable so we checked out and moved to another hotel. I paid for the one night which was not right in my opinion due to the lack of 4star tratment by front office staff.

Excellent hotel - good value for the standard. This is the second time we have stayed there. It is really nice to have access to the swimming pool and terrace after a tiring day touring the sites of Florence. Reception staff are particularly helpful and were invaluable for their suggestions for nice eating places. We intend to return again in the future.

We had an excellent time and would reccomend your hotel to friends and family.

A pochi minuti a pedi dal centro e con comodo servizio di parcheggio per la macchina. Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria.

Kraft Hotel is a good quality hotel, very near the city centre. Parking is a problem in Florence, but the hotel provides in a good parking service. The pool on the rooftop is a fantastic feature, the view is magnificant from the restaurant terrace and pool-floor.
