Relais Villa Ulivi ****

das hotel war schön nur war der service nicht spürbar. War so gut wie niemand da und das frühstück war sehr klein. Es gibt weder telefon noch Fernseher auf dem Zimmer.

The Villa hat a fantastic location , very comfortable and quite. The team is warm, friendly and ready to help. It was described that the rooms have a hairdryer, but I have no one in my room. Besides it was also mentioned in the website that the local is a few minutes from the Fortessa da baso so that I thought I may reach it walking, but these few minutes are in the reality 15-20 minutes with the bus. I think this should be corrected. The breakfast is not very attractive and somehow late 09:30.Any way it was fine , I felt myself at home. Many thanks for the friendly team.

It would have been nice to know which bus to take from the Central Station in Florence to Villa Ulivi (the bus no.), when coming to the town center.

Habíamos reservado 3 habitaciones dobles, con cama grande, hace 2 meses. Al llegar nos encontramos con 1 habitación individual con cama pequeña y una "especie de apartamento" para 4 personas, con un único baño, sin apenas agua, sin jabón, uno de los dormitorios sin ventana, sin armarios( la ropa por el suelo). Todo helado, sin calefacción, y sin ánimo de encenderla. Una alfombra destrozada tapando algo peor, un cristal roto en un dormitorio.... pero eso sí una casona muy "noble". Vaya timo !!! Me falta espacio para describirlo todo.

Eine sehr schöne alte Parkanlage mit Villa! Leider alles völlig ungepflegt! Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind wohl ohne Ausbildung in Service, Hauspflege, Frühstückzubereitung usw. und völlig überfordert im Umgang mit Gästen. Verbrannte oder matschige Croissants, billigstes Toastbrot usw. - das Frühstück lohnt nicht. Ungeputzte Zimmer und Bäder; kein Wechsel der Wäsche! Für die Terrasse braucht man seinen eigenen Campingstuhl. Mit Engagement und Liebe für den schönen Ort ließe sich da einiges verbessern. Es es ist ein idealer Ort, um Florenz per Bus zu erreichen. Die Villa lebt von Einmaltouristen - schade.
