The Residence sits in a scenic, tranquil position in the middle of a placid 1500 square meter olive grove about just 1 km from the beach. The Residence Bellavista has been recently completely reconditioned and has a total of 7 apartments.

The house is in a panoramic position above the bay of Manerba del Gardaand has a Kidney-shaped swimming pool (opened from April to September) with lounges, a sun terrace and small lawn with beach chairs. An outdoor Bar (with music) by the pool is open daily from 18.30 pm and is accessible to the general public.

All the apartments feature satellite TV, heating and a safe. Inaddition to this, there is: a living room with pull-out beds for 2persons; kitchen; terrace or balcony; a separate bedroom for 2 persons; shower/WC;and air conditioning.
