The room reserved was different from the room we were given but the price was the same. At check out there was an automatic lock by my credit card co. The desk staff were difficult at best to communicate with, were less than open to suggestions, and generally left me with the impression that they believed I was trying to scam them. It was surprising and embarrassing to me and the gentlemen at the desk only magnified those feelings by their attitudes, lack of assistance, and actions.

Nuetra habitación estaba en el piso 8º, a donde no llegaba el ascensor. Teníamos todos los días problemas con el agua caliente, tardaba mucho tiempo en llegar. El secador de pelo estaba roto . Por todo lo demás, bien.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is intending to visit Rome it was excellent ,the staff were very friendly and welcoming and I will definitely stay there again in the future.

Tornerei subito l'unico piccolo handicap quei 500 mt che bisogna percorrere x la fermata della metro, che quando esci al mattino non avverti ma al ritorno dopo aver camminato per ore ed ore si fanno sentire.

Excellent hotel to stay in when visiting Rome, situated near the Vatican City, with all the major tourist attractions not that far away, in fact we walked to them all. The staff could not be more helpful in any way, the room was spacious, immaculately clean and quiet from traffic noise. Definately recommed to anyone. The only thing I missed was a kettle in the room. A 4star hotel giving 5star service.
