odore di scarichi nel bagno e nella camera.scarico doccia intasato.il prezzo su sito MBETravel (80€ tripla) non era corretto (sito hotel era 110€ poi ridotto a 100 x disguido)

Of course I realise that you will not get much for 50 €, and I only needed a bed to wait for a train in the morning, However, I had not expected it to bee that bad. Extremely noicy, because I needed to have the window facing the Via Marcala open (the room was at a different place from the actual hotel), becuse the air condidtioning was turned off and not possible to operate. Never again at this place!

Mi sono trovata molto bene. L'ambiente era silenzioso e pulito. L'unico problema è stata l'acqua calda, ma la reception è intervenuta prontamente. Lo consiglio vivamente.

entrance is not clean. stairs can be inconvenient for luggages. Even a double single room can be short of space. Not towels available. Room is quiet even it is close to Termini. Bedroom i generally clean. Webpage posting of 5/5 is misleading. On a scale of 5, this hotel ranks 2 or 3 only. I would go to a differen tplace for the same price.

I do appreciate that this was a budget hotel. But even with a budget hotel I feel that the staff could have been a bit more friendly. For 3 of our 4 day stay there was no hot water even though we reported this daily to the reception desk. The rooms were clean but the furniture had seen better days. The breakfast was good, although the tables in the breakfast area were too close together. In saying all that, the price was good and the hotel was centraly located, just a few minutes walk from the Metro, tour buses and public bus services.

The room was ok. But the breakfast was by far - I´m sorry to say - the worst I ever had in an Italian hotel.

Buon albergo anche se ho alloggiato solo una notte, è comodo e vicinissimo alla Stazione Termini,buon rapporto qualità prezzo!
